2. Think outside the box
I use this seasoning liberally on many different dishes. While I originally started using it as a steak rub, I now add it to ground beef when browning it for various uses, as well as added to the meat when making burgers, meatballs, and meatloaf.
I have also used it on other dishes with amazing results. Roasted asparagus sprinkled with a little of this seasoning is amazing. You can also cut salmon into bite-size chunks, toss with a sprinkle of olive oil and Burgundy Beef, then saute in a skillet for a fantastic twist on seafood. The options are really vast. Don't let the 'Beef' in the title limit your imagination. I'm SO excited to find this on Amazon, as my stockpile from when Sam's carried it is almost exhausted.
