Paprika is made by first drying and then grinding Red Peppers into a fine powder. The unique flavor of Smoked Paprika is created by drying them in an oak wood oven. Sweet Smoked Paprika is derived from a type of Pimiento that does not possess the intensity of the Hot Pimiento. Originating in Southern Mexico, the plant used to produce Paprika was brought by Spaniards to Hungary where it has become an essential ingredient in both Hungarian and Spanish cuisines.
- Sweet Smoked Paprika is excellent in soups, stews, BBQ rub, and much more
- All Naturally smoked in a oak wood oven (no artifical "smoked" flavors)
- Delicious complement to meat, egg dishes, steamed vegetables, and rice dishes.
This Paprika give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Excellent Paprika Choice
This is the first smokey & sweet paprika I've tried and I'm very satisfied with it. I used it in some homemade Chicken Salad today and it added such a nice flavor. Usually I only put paprika on top of deviled eggs because the regular kind had a slight under-taste to it that is hard to describe. The flavor of the eggs out did the usual off-taste and added color making the dish pretty. With this I'm going to use it with no reservations.
2. Paprika sweet smoked
Love the smoky flavor. Its great in beans, fish, and even sushi. I will definitely buy again. Fits easily in spice drawer.
