2. Taste good!
The thing with rubs is if they don't taste good out of the bottle, well don't use it. Most rubs arn't much more than cheap spice and lots of salt. These rubs all have a different taste and they all taste good! I use them as seasoning on all kinds of food. They are more than just salty color.
