A mild onion and garlic overtaste, with a hint of bell pepper. An excellent general seasoning, particularly effective at bringing out the subtle flavors of salads, vegetables and seafoods. 7oz.

I've used it on beef, pork and poultry but unlike a lot of other seasonings, it doesn't seem to make everything taste the same. Instead, it just makes everything great.
