These chips are great especially when on a low glycemic high protein diet. Whenever I feel a little hungry I have a bag and I'm good to go for hours.

This producr is nowhere as tasty as BBQ flavored potato chips,but it is an excellent snack for diabetics. I eat half a package (about 60 calories) as a between meal snack or before bedtime to control my hunger and keep my blood sugar from rising as it sometimes does while I sleep. You can eat them plain or with a low calorie, low fat spread such as The Laughing Cow light cheese wedge or a smear of toffuti cream cheese.

Yummy taste and it is a perfect snack for me. I have diabetes and it helps a lot. I will reorder because I can't find this item
