This Meat Seasoning give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Not too much
This is really a good product. I recommend starting with a lite coating of olive oil and not as much as the label says as it can over power the meat flavor. Leave the seasoning on for a good 2 hours before grilling.

2. A Little on the Spicy Side
I enjoy flavor, but even for this Texan, it seemed to be more about the heat than the flavor. Perhaps adding a bit more brown sugar will dilute the heat somewhat.
