I picked up a 3 oz bag of the Salt and Vinegar chips last weekend at Wegman's and in a blink of an eye, the bag was GONE. Very nice vinegar flavor. Bad side was in a blink of an eye they were gone which is not good for portion control. I ordered the variety pack in .8 oz size (single serving) to help with portion control. Most of the flavors I like - but fair warning, the parmesan garlic is VERY garlic. Love the salt and pepper. With 100 calories a pack, what a nice change from baked chips. Try it - you will like it.

Delicious! Even For Those Who Dont Enjoy Healthy Food
I ordered these chips due to other readers reviews being so good. In addition, my pregnant wife and I enjoy foods that are portioned and easy for taking on the go. OH MY WORD!! I love these, I love the bold flavored Blue Diamond almonds. Love this flavor first, then the wasabi then the salt vinegar. The Wasabi has a gram or so more of carbs, so I generally choose this one or the salt and vinegar. The problem for me is I'm an addict. If I got 3 pounds of these almonds, I'd eat 3 pounds of these almonds in short order. That being said. They are delicious, salty, a little spicy with a touch of sweeet - they are fantastic! This price is better than I get them at Wally World for the 6oz can and they are cheaper there than anywhere else. So, buy these, buy them now and hide the other bags from yourself (or send them to me) ...they are SO good, I'm eating them now! :

I am Costa Rican and have enjoyed Lizano since I was a kid. I'm so happy you all love it, because it is so delicious!! It's great that we can buy it on Amazon, but the price tag is ridiculous! I live in NY and buy it at Western Beef for $3.99 (yep, 23.6 oz bottle) and have seen it in Supermarkets in Spanish neighborhoods for around the same price. I've also seen it on other websites for around $6.00. Enjoy it, but enjoy it cheaper!

Fantastic chips!!!
I want to start out by saying that i thought at first that a bag with only 120 calories and 4 grams of fat (no saturated or trans) for every 20 chips was going to taste like crap. I must say that not only was i wrong, that this is my favorite BBQ chip on the market today. They are light and you cannot taste any fat or grease after eating them. That's because they aren't baked or fried, just popped as their name suggests. These chips are very easy to dip as well. FANTASTIC PRODUCT!

This liquid smoke is awesome. I added a few drops to a spinach dip, and everyone raved about the dip. My guests could not figure out how I got a smokey flavor into the dip. I'll keep this liquid smoke gold as a secret. The smoke flavor was really really good.

2. The real deal- read the ingredient label
One of the reasons this liquid smoke is so good is that it has no added fillers or coloring. Read the label on Stubbs or Colgin. They contain molasses and spices and other stuff. This just waters down the smoke flavor. You end up needing to use less of Cedarhouse because you are getting more smoke flavor in each drop. I had to come to Amazon and order online because, here in the deep south of Columbus GA I could not find a single store selling pure liquid smoke.

This was my first time ordering casings on amazon, and I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Previously I've ordered sausage casings from Butcher Supply stores, and while the prices were agreeable, the casings were clearly designed with large quantities of sausage in mind, and usually arrived in large bags of saltpack, tangled up worse than a rats nest of TV cables.

These however, come neatly packaged in a small, re-usable and re-sealable pouch. Any excess casings can be tossed back in with some kosher salt and be re-used quite easily.

The casings also come pre cut in 10ft long strips which are just about the right size for stuffing small batches of sausage. Cooks looking to make batches greater than 5lbs will probably be turned off by this, but for someone like me who only has a kitchenaid mixer for my sausage stuffer, it's just the right size and length to work with.

Overall, a fantastic product, and I'll be ordering more soon.

2. Worked fine but rinse repeatedly before use!
I'd never stuffed sausage before last week when we decided to make a batch of boudin blanc to take to my mother-in-law. From reading elsewhere, I knew that even if these casings looked clean they should still be rinsed. This not only ensures their cleanliness but helps expand them, too, thus preventing the tears mentioned by another reviewer.

The casings should be cleaned after soaking in warm water for 30 minutes. Cleaning is most easily done by inserting the end of a funnel -- or sausage stuffer attachment -- into one end and *slowly* running warm water through the entire length, unraveling and untwisting as needed. This should be performed at least twice.

Since we'd known to do that, we had no problems whatsoever with these casings. The boudain turned out wonderfully, and I'm looking forward to making more!

I have been using Willingham's BBQ rub for years on ribs, brisket, pork chops, chicken, shrimp, etc. It is incredibly versatile and adds wonderful flavor to each dish. The key to the effectiveness of any rub is the freshness of the spices and one whiff from this jar will convince you that you can't get generate any more freshness other than to make the rub yourself. My husband and I ordered several packages of these to bolster pantry for the summer (lots of kids in and out). We ordered these because there was a special from the retailer that there would be no shipping charge on orders over $15. True to word, we got these with free shipping (the retailer was not Amazon.) However, upon arrival, lots of the little bags were crushed and while kids don't mind, I do like to actually eat an entire chip and not just crumbs. But, they were a good price with the free shipping, so what the hey? Just realize that, yes, we understand that mailing chips is not easy. As others have stated, this isn't a good price, but the sauce itself is amazing! Best way I can describe it is simply a sweet version of soy sauce.

My mom always bought this at Sam's when we were growing up, then for a while we couldn't find it available anywhere. I bought every type of sauce I saw that looked like it could possibly be similar, but I never found any other sauce of this type...

I especially love the sauce with rice. Just a plain bowl of white rice tastes wonderful with some Yohida's Sauce on it :)

Great Product
Yoshida's sauce makes a great base for everything from stir-fry to teriyaki. I am from Hawaii and my wife from Japan, so Yoshida's Sauce never goes to waste in our house.
