1. Perfect
So this summer I finally started to BBQ, and after some research I made the decision to order raw/lump Charcoal (Chemical Free). It is the best thing. Just a word of caution, please please do some research on how to start the lump charcoal, as it will take some time and a couple of tries to get it right. On an average you need to start good 45 - 50 minutes prior to BBQ.

2. Great Product, But Buy It in a Store
You'd think that with all the poor packaging reveiws Amazon would change their packaging procedures...nope. And they even sent me a packaging survey to which I've received no follow-up. 40 lbs of Charcoal results, about 25 lbs of lumps, 5 lbs of nuggets, and 10 lbs of dust.The lumps work great in my Primo and I'm very impressed...I'll probably see if my local grill supplier could stock.
Details of the packaging... Large lightweight box with the charcoal and fire starters...and one sheet of brown packing paper. Not only could the charcoal bang around in the box but I had a nice solid block to make sure everything was properly crushed. The box was partially crushed too. I should have sent it back, but it's not worth the hassle... please learn from my mistake...either buy locally or specify heavy duty packing, and if the package shows up and can rattle, refuse it.
