Hello taste buds! This sauce just by itself and with a few special enhancements lit up my husband's and I assigned day for the family reunion meet and greet. We needed a wow factor since we had the first day of the reunion and boy the food seasoned with this sauce did exactly that. We had absolutely nothing left of the meats & poultry. I shudder to think if I had prepared Seafood and used this sauce along with my other secrets what might have happened. I use this on salmon, then broil....wonderful flavor, I have not tried it in other meals. but highly recommend this marinade
