I use this seasoning on all of my BBQ. Chicken, pork and beef. They all get it. It has great flavor and it is not sweet which I despise when it comes to BBQ. It gives the meat a nice tangy, smokey flavor that I have come to love. And yes, I need to buy it in these big bottles as the little ones in the store do not last near long enough.

Great on steaks and hamburgers
We grill out all year long, and always use McCormick's Grill Mates on steaks and hamburgers. It's got the perfect combination of pepper, salt, garlic, red pepper, and what tastes like sesame seeds. It's not too salty or spicy, and it adds just the right flavor to grilled foods. We have one kid who is a picky eater, and even she will eat meats that have Grill Mates sprinkled on them.

This large, 24 oz. container is a convenient way to save money, and I just refill the smaller container I have in my spice cabinet from it.
