When we go to Corky's Kitchen and Bakery, I sometimes indulge in their Double Bacon Cheeseburger with its 2 half-pound patties and a mound of fries on the side. Usually the burger outlasts the fries, especially when they're doused with that ketchup from Pittsburgh. Corky's now offers Ketchapeño and Ketchipotle. Life has never been the same.
I found myself savoring each spear of potato, enjoying the sweet heat and green bell pepper note of Ketchapeño. Ketchipotle delivers a sharper heat with a slightly bitter bite reminiscent of strong black coffee. Instead of plowing through the fries, I saved a few for when the burger was gone so I could keep on enjoying the ketchup.
