Try this on/in your poultry dishes and see if it doesn't satisfy and make the food you're eating just taste like you think it should! It really makes chicken taste like chicken.
I put this in my turkey tetrazzini, on baked chicken, and in chicken/turkey gravy. I do still add my own other spices to things, including some salt and pepper, but putting this Emeril's Chicken Rub in first and then adding whatever else I want seems to yield a balanced, flavorful result, much better than I could get without it. I know tonight if I hadn't had this, my latest batch of tetrazzini would've been lacking despite my adding other flavors and spices. It's called a rub, but I've been sprinkling it in and on things without any rubbing, heh.
Note: There is red pepper and paprika in this, the bottle says, so if you're heat sensitive, you may want to try to go a little light at first to see how it seems to you. I like it and have no problems, though I can tell there's a heat sense to...
