Dizzy Dust is my absolute favorite rub. So much so I noticed that this is half way done while my Jamaican Firewalk and Swamp Venom is only 1/4 done when I got them the same time.

2. Full flavored, not too salty.
Dizzy Pig makes a number of fine rubs. Their "Dizzy Dust" is full flavored, not too salty, and perfect for pork ribs, Boston butt, and pork tenderloin. I love this stuff for port, but not for beef. It is not spicey, so if you want a kick, you could had some type of pepper.
