Chiavetta's Barbecue Marinade - 32 oz

Excellent with beef, poultry, lamb, pork, fish, and vegetables on the grill or in your oven.

The best grilling is done over charcoal. Marinate meat items in sauce for 30 minutes or more before grilling. Baste each time grilled meat is turned. After grilling, place barbequed items in a pan, baste with sauce, cover pan tightly, and allow sauce flavor to steam into food for 10 - 15 minutes...then enjoy.
  • Excellent with chicken, fish, beef and vegetables
  • Superior flavor

This Marinades & Seasoning Mixes give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Chicken from heaven!
This makes the very best chicken. There is nothing better! Mix it with oil, herbs, brown sugar to make your own creative flavors!

2. Tastes like the food I remember from the fair!
I ordered some of this a few years ago upon recommendation from a user group. Admittedly, I was a bit leery when I opened the bottle and got a whiff of the stuff. It is ugly and it has a strong smell of vinegar and other spices. I bought a package of chicken thighs and poured the marinade over them (NOTE: reserve a cup of marinade for basting on the grill). I grilled the chicken on my Weber Smokey Joe charcoal grill to give it additional flavor. Using an empty Tabasco sauce bottle for the reserved marinade, I shook it over the chicken each time I flipped it over.
Wow...this was the most delicious chicken I have ever eaten! The marinade and the charcoal combined to produce that unmistakable roadside fair taste that I remember from my childhood. I wouldn't think of prepping and grilling chicken any other way. I just ordered three more bottles from CityMade because the summer has just gotten started. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed!
