I love this sauce! It is absolutely amazing as a dipping sauce for potstickers. Trust!!!! Buy this stuff if you eat potstickers or gyoza! You will not be sorry.
It also goes surprisingly well with ramen ... Yes put a tablespoon of this stuff into your ramen (among many other things to spice it up!) while the noodles are boiling, and you will be pleasantly surprised with the outcome. It has additional recommendations on the label, like for noodles and salads, etc.
I bought a bunch while at an asian marketplace, and unfortunately they are not carried at a local store where I live. Thankfully, I found this on Amazon! Buy it! I've also given these away to friends because I think that people need it in their life; it is the sriracha of dressings! Except it doesn't really go on everything... but that's how I like to think of it.
