This spice relies oddly on lavender, not a flavor that works in many dishes. I was hoping for something more like herbes de Provence, but this just isn't it. I wish I could return it.

2. These are awesome!
I happened to buy these in Healdsburg, CA at the Ferrari Carano winery and loved them so much I searched online to deliver to my house. The Provencal just ROCKS!

This sale is hot, but not painful hot. It is great on popcorn, eggs, salads, etc. I use it mainly for popcorn and it adds a nice kick. If you have had habanero it is not that hot, but better than just plain salt on popcorn.

2. SUPER W-O-W!!!
When you look at either picture ( this one or the Chipotle) you see a small bottle 4 oz. Then you think I'm going to pay this much for that much. I did and when the package arrived. I found that the bottles were 14 oz in each bottle. Well worth it. And the taste W-O-W!

Great taste

This is the best blend I've tried, and I've tried many. Use only a little pinch; it's so flavorful, any more would be overpowering. I had to send this with my son to school; it made his dining hall food bearable!

2. Excellent herbed salt
Love the texture and taste of this salt. I use it on salads, have tried and love it on shrimp and I'm sure it will great when I season the burgers tonight! Try it - can't see anyone not enjoying this salt.

1. delicious addition to recipe
My friend used this on a roast and it was absoluteky delicious. The taste was great, not overpowering. Better than any restaurant. Get all of them. Very nice company and accomondating.

2. Wow, can't get by without it now
I bought this online from a gourmet vendor thinking it was regular sea salt and had intended to return it. Now I can't get by without it.

It is great with so many different things I cook. I decided to try it a couple of months ago on a plain hard boiled egg instead of just a sprinkle of salt. Now I have to have Sarah's Sea Salt on my eggs. It is just so boring without it. I will be buying it again and again and again. I am almost afraid to try the other flavors for fear my whole cupboard will fill up with the jars.

This is not just sea salt, it has spices in it and it makes your veggies taste awesome especially if you use it with the Bragg Liquid Amino.
