1. Everyone Loves It
My father-in-law in South East Missouri introduced me to this in 2010. Family and friends that tried it for the first time have without exception said it was the best they have every tasted. Simply sprinkle it on your meat and grill or BBQ it anyway you like. We always rub it into our pork ribs, wrap it in foil and cook at 350 F for 3 hours and it is always perfect. We liked it so much we built a mobil BBQ out of a 250 gallon propane tank. People like the food so much we've been asked to cater a wedding, cook for construction crews on the job, reunions, etc. The Strawberry seasoning is the key to making it great. It won't blacken your meat like some do. Other seasoning mixes contain sugar wich turns to carbon and blackens your meat. This one is simply absorbed into the meat and you taste just the seasoning and meat. I hope you try it. I think you will like it. I just wish I could buy it locally here in Louisville KY.
