I discovered this product while growing up in Kansas. I had friends from Texas who used it on everything! That was 20 years ago and Im still using it. It's my secret weapon! I don't mean to brag but my friends rave about the flavor of my BBQ, eggs, soups, taco meat etc. I have used it on everything. Bolners also makes a Jalapeno Salt this is out of this world! I have yet to meet someone who didnt love it.

It Tastes Good but MSG Headaches
I suffered through symptoms of what I believe to be MSG overdose from this stuff. Maybe I got too happy with the sprinkles on my fajitas but I don't want to have to worry about being in pain for aggressively seasoning my food.

The MSG is clearly marked and discussed a great deal in reviews here. I read them and ordered it anyway, as I have never considered myself to be MSG sensitive.

It's disappointing that I can't eat it like I used it because I really liked it.

I have scaled down the amounts I use and seem to be ok with it.

Pro Tip: combine this with powdered Habanero when you make you fajita meat. wooo doggy!
