I like my potato chips to taste like potato chips. Thus. my preference among the different Kettle Chips flavors was for the Sea Salt variety. These are all good chips made from natural ingredients. I did share some small pieces with my cat who also liked them.

These chips come in bags of 1, 1.5, 2, 8.5 and 13 ounces. It appears that the large size bags have the lowest cost per ounce for the chips. The only problem with the large bags is in trying not to eat all of the chips at once.

They recently changed their recipe to use corn syrup as a sweetener for this. Being gluten intolerant, corn (and corn syrup) is a no-no for me.

Its a shame that companies keep cheapening the quality of their products just to make a few cents!

When we were on a Florida trip we bought a bottle of this without knowing anything about it other than it met our criteria of not having high fructose corn syrup like ever other product on the shelf had. We were pleased that we really liked the taste of this barbecue sauce.

When we returned from our vacation trip -- we could not find it in any of our local grocery stores. Were happy to find it listed on Amazon and now, once again, we are enjoying it.

We are not fans of real hot/spicy sauces --- and this one is a mild and sweet sauce that we really like. Again, it is also one of the few sauces that you are going to find that does not have high fructose corn syrup in it.

I found this at Big Lots for a buck fifty and bought it for the heck of it. I went back and bought 4 more bottles, and I'm going back again. I'm talking about the Hickory Spice by the way, and it has a wonderful, rich, smoky flavor. Highly recommended.

Anyway, my personal opinion is that they are great.

I have purchased these several time and enjoy them enough to keep ordering them. The peanut garlic is my least favorite, but I still like it. My favorite is the ginger wasabi, which sounds spicy, but is not. It is perfect for fish, especially salmon! The other two sauces have proved great on the grill with beef or chicken. I thought the consistency was just right, not too thick or too watery. I would recommend these to anyone looking to add some variety to meats they put on the grill.

My father-in-law in South East Missouri introduced me to this in 2010. Family and friends that tried it for the first time have without exception said it was the best they have every tasted. Simply sprinkle it on your meat and grill or BBQ it anyway you like. We always rub it into our pork ribs, wrap it in foil and cook at 350 F for 3 hours and it is always perfect. We liked it so much we built a mobil BBQ out of a 250 gallon propane tank. People like the food so much we've been asked to cater a wedding, cook for construction crews on the job, reunions, etc. The Strawberry seasoning is the key to making it great. It won't blacken your meat like some do. Other seasoning mixes contain sugar wich turns to carbon and blackens your meat. This one is simply absorbed into the meat and you taste just the seasoning and meat. I hope you try it. I think you will like it. I just wish I could buy it locally here in Louisville KY.

Infused flavors can't mask sour taste
These are dark days for fans of three-leaf balsamic vinegar. The selection is thin and the prices are high, which led me to experiment with The Modern Gourmet Variety Pack of infused balsamic. The variety pack comes in four flavors -- Apple Cinnamon, Blood Orange, Pomegranate and Mango.

Balsamic vinegar is derived from cooked grapes and its dark brown colour comes from its years of ageing in different wooden barrels (e.g. oak, chestnut and cherry). Aged up to 100 years, the highest quality is expensive. Thankfully, commercial balsamic is a cheaper mix of a strong vinegar, grape juice, sugar and caramel flavoring.

The Modern Gourmet brand is the cheaper mix, which isn't a bad thing. However, the infused flavors couldn't mask the sour taste. I tried each flavor except Apple Cinnamon as a salad dressing with olive oil and found each to be jaw-aching. I couldn't bring myself to give it a fourth try (and cinnamon isn't one of my favorite flavors).

This seasoning is the seasoning used at Rendezvous restaurant in Memphis. It's delicious on ribs and also in sauces. I've also used it to make vinegar and ketchup based barbecue sauces and gotten rave reviews.

I really enjoy this tea and love that it is caffeine free too! There isn't any other Jasmine Tea that I've found that is also caffeine free. I can share this with my mother who normally does not like tea, but she enjoys this. Because of her heart condition she has to stay away from the caffeine so this works out great.

I love jasmine tea and it is my favorite tea. I love blends that are more floral and less green. I have been drinking Lucky Eight brand for several months. It is not the highest quality (it's not Kopi luwak to the coffee world) but is not lowest quality either (Folger's or an instant store brand). It is in the middle for quality and price (Starbucks). I normally drink this brand daily. I recommend this tea to others.

The best BBQ sauce on the market
I recently moved to an area where the closest Famous Dave's restaurant is over an hour away. Because of this, I had to look online to secure their world famous sauce.

If you haven't tried it before, the sauce is a bit on the runny side, but nothing crazy. It tastes like a mix of vinegar followed by a light punch of sweet peppers. It's not to hot and seems to have the right amount of heat for my taste.

Good Chips
I like these chips, even though they are a little different than chips I am used to. I love that they are reduced fat, but be warned, they are extremely crunchy. So crunchy that I have to turn the volume up on the TV to hear it when I'm chewing them. The taste is quite good though and I like crunchy salty food. I will probably order them again.

I was out grocery shopping yesterday and for the first time I saw this sauce. I usually don't try new things but since it was only a little under $3 where I was shopping I decided to pick it up and I am so glad I did. It is by far hands down the best BBQ sauce I have ever tasted in my 25 years of existence. My husband also says this is the best he has ever tasted and thought it was made in the south because of the flavor. For a non-homemade sauce this is the best there is. Honestly it's hard to tell that it is even factory made. The creators who from what I read are a couple of Chicago natives definitely know what they are doing, and I am interested to try other products from them now as well.

2. Excellent BBQ sauce
We have tried lots of different BBQ sauces, but this is our favorite, and we use nothing else for salmon, chicken, and burgers. It is the perfect blend of sweet and tangy and makes everything we put it on taste great.

This is really a good product. I recommend starting with a lite coating of olive oil and not as much as the label says as it can over power the meat flavor. Leave the seasoning on for a good 2 hours before grilling.

There are a zillion sweet & spicy products, but what makes this one special is the chipotles' smokiness. It's strong smoky flavor makes is much sturdier than the average sweet/hot condiment. (It also makes it too strong, in my opinion, for fish.) It's great on chicken & beef, but it really sings on pork, where the smoke is a natural. Also makes a quick and pretty appetizer dumped over goat cheese. The spice has a nice slow burn. I also like that it's a liquid condiment--much of the sweet/spicy stuff is either jelly- or chutney-like, not pourable--or if it is pourable, it's greasy (this isn't). I'm going to try a little blended into brownie batter. I love chipotle powder in brownies, so I think this would add an extra yummy dimension & some nice moisture and texture. Yum!

The pieces will be random; however, my first package only had 26/33 items and none of the prepacked Old fashioned jerky pictured in the bottom right hand corner was present. I contacted the seller and because of the weekend, it took a while for a response. However, they gave me the number to Amazon customer service. They immediately rectified it with sending out a second box. Unfortunately, again, the prepacked Old fashioned jerky pictured was not present, and I received only 29/33 pieces. I have to commend Amazon on their customer service and they were very helpful.

Ok- this sounds greedy, but one day, a friend and I were out for a nightly stroll; you know, getting our exercise on. We came to this health food store, where I bought these for the first time. These are the lightest chips I have ever tasted. They are not greasy at all - and have just the right amount of seasoning on them.
